As soon as I decide on a vacation destination, I rush to my local bookstore to buy the corresponding Lonely Planet title – their guides and books have never steered me wrong and always make trip-planning all the easier. And I’ve fallen in love with their latest title, which was just released a few weeks ago: Ultimate Travelist. A beautiful book worthy of coffee table display, it features places that we want to see for ourselves: places friends have enthused about after a holiday, places we’ve read about, and places we’ve dreamed about.
Lonely Planet is touting this as “their list.” It includes the 500 most thrilling, memorable, downright interesting places on this planet according to this ultimate travel source, and what’s more, they’ve ranked them in order of their brilliance. These are the places they think we should experience; there are sights that will humble you, amaze you and surprise you, and they’ll provoke thoughts, emotions or just an urgent need to tell someone about them.
The next edition of this title isn’t due out until 2019 so don’t miss out on getting this book for your travel library.
Bon Voyage,
Jenn
