Elon Musk Taunts Twitter With Obnoxious Memes (Because This Is How Grown Men Do Business Now?)

If you thought more money meant more class, think again. Look no further than Elon Musk, the Tesla founder and CEO and wannabe space cowboy. The eccentric entrepreneur showed off his immaturity recently by posting a couple of memes aimed at Twitter, which he once hoped to buy and is now playing hard-to-get with.

“They said I couldn’t buy Twitter,” the first slide reads alongside a pic of Musk smiling.

“Then they wouldn’t disclose bot info,” the second slide says, featuring an even bigger smile.

“Now they want to force me to buy Twitter in court,” slide three reads as Musk laughs.

“Now they have to disclose bot info in court,” the final slide says alongside a shot of Musk throwing his head back and laughing.

He also shared a meme of action movie star Chuck Norris playing chess. If that wasn’t cheesy enough, he added the clever caption, “Chuckmate.”

This e-taunting came on the heels of the news that Twitter hired a big-shot law firm, the Delaware-based Watchell, Lipton Rosen & Katz, to sue Musk over 86ing a $44 billion deal to buy the social media platform. A lawsuit is expected to be filed this week.

Rather than lawyer up and resolve this matter in a boardroom like most gazillionaires would, Musk seems to think mocking the company on its own website is the appropriate way to conduct business.

Twitter users had other thoughts.

It’s hard to believe a dude this out-of-touch with society and this inept at adulting could get as far as he has in life, but here we are.
