If the images of the Surfer Boy pizza from Stranger Things had you drooling all over your screen, you’re not alone. Plenty of fans of the hit sci-fi series were salivating after getting a peek at the pineapple jalapeno pizza served at the pizzeria where Argyle worked.
But if you thought you could score a pie by calling the number listed on the side of the character’s van in the show, think again.

We wouldn’t deter you from dialing 805-457-4992, because you’ll actually get a fun little surprise on the other end of the line: a recorded message from Argyle himself.
“Surfer Boy Pizza, this is Argyle speaking,” it says. “We make everything fresh here at Surfer Boy, except for our pineapple, which comes from a can, but I still recommend slapping some juicy pineapple on.”
But that’s not all!
“Oh, fruit on your pizza is gnarly, you say?” he continues. “Well, I say try before you deny.” Then he spouts off some opinions on blue cheese.
Alas, clever voicemails cannot calm a growling stomach. That’s why you’ve got to hit up Walmart (we know, we know, but there really is nowhere else for you to go) to get your hands on some Surfer Boy pizza so you can chow down on the spicy-sweet cheesy combination.
