Meanwhile in Mandates: Man Selling Fake Arms to People Who Don’t Want to Get Vaccinated, Another Fail-Proof Triumph For Humanity

It’s an understatement that COVID has divided the world. With so many employers requiring proof of vaccination, this has led to the inevitable — some genius selling fake arms for people to wear when they “get” the vaccine.

Before we go on, we should point out that there is literally no way the people giving you a COVID vaccine shot can’t tell the difference between a real human arm and a rubbery, fake arm that is dangling from your shirt. But then again, some people still think the world is flat (look up Google Earth, you nut-bag).

An anti-vaxxer in Melbourne was caught trying to sell prosthetic arms online for people attempting to find a way to avoid the Australian state’s COVID-19 mandate requiring most people with jobs on the “Authorized Workers List” to be vaccinated or lose their job. They also can’t go to restaurants and do other normal, everyday things without getting a jab.

The poorly thought-out trick goes like this: you attach the arm to the inside of your clothing while somehow hiding the fact that you have an arm under it (maybe say it’s a giant tumor?) and ask for a vaccine. Hold onto the very tiny amount of hope that they won’t notice the fake, cold, rubbery arm, and then you’re onto a world where you can be free to spread COVID as you please.

Luckily, this plan is so idiotic that even if anyone actually purchased this fake arm, we’re positive it didn’t work. Wouldn’t it just be easier to get the vaccine than go through this? Apparently not.
