A London lawyer is accusing Nestle of taking the term “Milkybar” to a whole new level after finding a penis shape imprinted on his candy bar.
According to the Mirror, Robin Jacobs was watching Sunday’s World Cup final when he decided to chow down on a Nestle Milkybar. But Jacobs said he “nearly choked” when he found a penis shape molded into it.
Jacobs said he still ate the candy bar with a penis on it, but he was “a little put off” by it.
“What on earth is a penis doing on a kids’ chocolate bar? There’s no point denying what it looks like. It is obvious – we can all see it,” Jacobs told the Mirror. “It’s a completely inappropriate picture. The penis in question is even bigger than the child – surely the people making the bar can see what it looks like.”
Surprisingly, Nestle actually served up an apology:
Nestlé is surprised and sorry to hear that Mr. Jacobs thought the picture on the Milkybar resembles male genitalia, it is in fact an image of a horse’s head, the Milkybar Kid’s horse. There was no intention to mislead or depict anything offensive on our product and we apologize for any confusion or embarrassment this may have caused.
Let’s be honest. The Milkybar Kid’s horse is a real dickhead.
